Terms of Use
ColorPickr is made by Indigo Design LLC ("we"). By downloading or using ColorPickr you agree to these terms.
License
ColorPickr is free to download and use. A ColorPickr Pro license is a one-time purchase for personal or commercial use by one person on up to 3 Macs they own or control. It includes every 1.x update. Licenses can't be resold or shared.
Purchases
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and invoices. Their terms apply to the purchase itself.
Trial
Every download includes 14 days of Pro features. When the trial ends, nothing you made is deleted.
Your content
Your palettes, boards, themes and images stay on your Mac. We don't collect them.
Warranty
ColorPickr is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
